Abstract

In this paper we present a context driven approach for automatically inserting appropriate mediation services in Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) compositions to carry out data conversion between interconnected services. We propose a context model expressed over Conflicting Aspect Ontology to describe more accurately the semantics of DaaSs. Based on the context model, we specify the mediation services that perform the transformation of DaaS parameter values between contexts. Then, we develop an efficient algorithm to detect and resolve the semantic conflicts between services in DaaS composition. An implementation demonstrates the applicability of our proposal.
