Abstract

Based on the increasingly complicated and diversified business environment with globalization, enterprise’s implementation of process management requires to adapt to the market change rapidly, which is essential to the flexible management of business process. The article analyzes the current situation of process management technique and discloses the feature of business process owned by modern enterprise as well as the flexible demand of business process. Also, in-depth discussion is made on the implementation technique SOA and cloud computing of flexibility of business process. Finally, the flexible modeling method of the business process is introduced.
