Abstract
Creativity is considered as one of critical strategic resources of organizations for long term sustainable growth as well as improvement of short term performances. This paper suggests the individual creativity revelation model, which mainly focuses on the causal relations among individual psychological characteristics – psychological empowerment and intrinsic motivation - and individual creativity revelation processes – exploration and exploitation. The empirical results showed that psychological empowerment and intrinsic motivation are related positively with the creativity revelation processes. Furthermore, this research notably showed the interplay between exploration and exploitation in the perspective of creativity revelation processes, which indicated that exploitation could be revealed by the exploration.
