Abstract
Rework costs can occur because workers don’t perform the right unit process in specialization PCB assembly process. It is an important issue of assembly line management. This paper proposes an image processing method to decide a right working of unit process. And We implemented a video based monitoring system with our experimental system in labaratory and obtained reliable its results.
