Abstract
Business process management is a widely used tool in practice nowadays. There are methodologies for business process management like EPC, BPMN 2.0, or S-BPM with different focuses and strengths. The subject-phase matrix S-PM follows the subject oriented paradigm of S-BPM focusing on subjects as the central concept. At the same time, S-PM provides a complete and clear overview of the overall process of all subjects. For this methodology a meta model is provided and the implementation of a web based modeling tool is described.
