Abstract

Attention is concentrated on the Cloud model based on grey system theory and the normal grey whitenization weight function used in conversion between qualitative and quantitative uncertainty model. A theoretical treatment of a new model of complex systems’ effectiveness evaluation is given. The simulations on different whitenization weight functions have been carried out. Suggestions were made for further study of the Cloud model based on grey system theory and its application on effectiveness evaluation.
