Abstract
A wise advice indeed, given by the rabbit to Alice in “Alice in the Wonderland”. Here, however, I would rather begin from the very end of the journey, i.e. from the publication of this book.
It is a great privilege and a no less great pleasure to start this exposition by thanking my long time friends Nachum Dershowitz and Ephraim Nissan, for their generous initiative and for the hard work they put in compiling, editing and publishing this book.
The Responsa Project was awarded the prestigious Israel Prize (Prass Israel) in 2007.
