Abstract
To reduce variable programming errors, improve products NC processing precision, based on ellipse, researched the programming approximate error characteristics, when taking θ, x, y as its argument, found that the approximate error distributions and the maximum approximate errors are clearly different; By the analysis of error characteristics, proposes a theory that selecting appropriate independent variables and using multi-variable segmentation programming to reduce programming errors.
