Abstract

Because of the physical properties of the water, the light diffuse propagation attenuation occurs when the light go through water and light of different wavelength ranges in which the diffuse attenuation will be different, so the color of water image will become bluish. This paper proposed an algorithm to traverse the pixel matrix calculating diffuse attenuation factor, which can reduce diffuse attenuation factor calculating accumulated error in the process of poor, widening wave calculation, so that the image is not to be restored to recover pixel blind spot rate low, the error is small. In this paper, the color noise ratio was used to evaluate the quality of the image. Through experiments that the method used color restoration to get better results, the experimental noise ratio is 3.614%.
