Abstract

There were ten contributions to this topic which included the following four methods for the analysis of place/transition nets (which we will call “nets” in the sequel):

  • transformation of methods from the verification of sequential programs

  • graph-theoretical methods

  • methods known from formal language theory and

  • methods known from the formal logic
