Zusammenfassung
Es ist eigentlich überraschend, daß man sich erst im Jahr 1983 mit Bildschirmtext und Rechnerverbund beschäftigt. 1977 hatte die Bundespost zum ersten Mal von Bildschirmtext gesprochen und im gleichen Zusammenhang erwähnt, daß die Möglichkeit geschaffen wird, einen sogenannten externen Rechner für die Datenverarbeitung anzukoppeln.
