Summary
In this paper a survey is given on model-related diagnosis procedures. Basing on the formulation of problems from a typical measuring chain the first step is the diagnosis in case of stationary system conditions. Thereby both the case with stochastical errors and the one with systematical errors in measurement is dealt with and their different and common properties are pointed out. From the recursive estimation algorithm for stationary system conditions then a corresponding algorithm for non-stationary system conditions is derived, representing a discrete Kalmanfilter in case of certain statistical properties.
