Semibatch Distillation Modelling and Control Design

Zusammenfassung

In dieser Arbeit ist die Modellierung und Regelung der semicharge Pilotdestillationskolonne dargestellt. Der Zweikomponenten-mischungmehrgrössen prozess wurde durch ein nichtlineares und ein line-arisiertes Modell vorgestellt, wobei auch ein lineares Modell reduzierter Ordnung entwickelt wurde. Ein mehrgrössen Ausgangfeedback PI Regler mit Polvargabe wurde für erwöhntes Beispiel entworfen. Die Regelgüte wurde durch die hybride Simulation untersucht, wobei der Prozess auf dem Analog — und der Regler auf dem Digitalrechner realisiert wurden.

Summary

The work deals with the modelling and control of semibatch distillation pilot plant. For the description of such multivariable system the nonlinear and linearized model for two component mixture were used, while the reduced order linear model was developed for control purposes. For the discussed example multivariabile output feedback pole assignment PI controller was designed. Efficacy of developed control is shown through hybrid simulation, where system was realized on analog and controller on digital computer.
