Zusammenfassung

Natuerlichsprachliche Zugangssysteme muessen auf vielfaeltige Art kooperativ reagieren koennen, um von Benutzern als angemessenes Werkzeug akzeptiert zu werden. Deshalb ist dieser Problemkreis in den letzten Jahren mehr und mehr in den Fordergrund der Forschung getreten. Das Papier gibt einen Ueberblick ueber kooperative Verhaltensweisen von einigen existierenden und in der Entwicklung befindlichen Systemen mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Darstellung der notwendigen Wissensquellen und Prozesse zur Generierung kooperativer Antworten.
