Es ist davon auszugehen, daß im Frühling 1998 eine Novellierung des Hochschulrahmengesetzes verabschiedet wird, das nach § 19 Studiengänge, die zu Bachelor- und Mastergraden nach angelsächsischem Muster fuhren, zur Erprobung erlaubt.
