Zusammenfassung
Durch die Entwicklung der Fernsehtechnik wurde es möglich, visuelle Bildinformationen in codierte elektronische Informationen zu wandeln und anschließend wieder in visuelle Bildinformationen umzusetzen. Damit wurde die Möglichkeit einer Bildfernübertragung geschaffen, die heute unterstützt durch die phantastischen Möglichkeiten der terrestrischen wie außerterrestrischen Informationsübertragungssysteme eine weltweite Verbreitung gefunden hat.
