Abstract
Diese Arbeit beschreibt einen Ansatz der Informationsbedarfsanalyse, bei dem aus einem Vergleich des an jedem einzelnen Arbeitsplatz erhobenen Informationsbedarfs mit den aus einem globalen Informationssystem-Entwurf abgeleiteten Bedürfnissen Informationsdefizite festgestellt werden können. Die Lösung dieser Unstimmigkeiten verbleibt als Kernaufgabe dem Designer des Informationssystems vorbehalten.
Als Werkzeug zur Beschreibung der Individualsichten wird HIBOL-2 verwendet, das Unternehmensmodell wird mittels BIER dargestellt.
