Kurzfassung

Um komplexe Computerbilder in Echtzeit darstellen zu können, muß man eine geeignete Parallelarchitektur zur Berechnung dieser verwenden. Diese Arbeit schlägt eine Unterteilung des Objektraums in einzelne primitive Objekte vor. Jedes Objekt wird einem eigenen Prozessor zugeordnet. Die Berechnung der Form wird in Echtzeit des Elektronenstrahls eines Rasterbildschirms durchgeführt. Damit wird ein herkömmlicher Büdspeicher überflüssig. Bei der Zusammenfassung der einzelnen Objekte (bzw. der Ausgänge jedes einzelnen Objektgenerators) ergibt sich das Problem von Überdeckungen. Die Echtzeitberechnung der Sichtbarkeit wird durch die Verwendung des Multiple Write Bus möglich.
