Zusammenfassung

Der Einsatz von Petri-Netzen in der Systemanalyse erlaubt eine eindeutige, anschauliche Beschreibung der Anforderungen an ein geplantes System. Für praxisrelevante Probleme haben sich farbige Netze (“coulered nets’), eine Sonderform der Petri-Netze, durchgesetzt. Durch Hierarchisierung können auch große, komplexe Systeme abgebildet werden. Eine Ausführung der Netze macht die Untersuchung der Systemdynamik möglich. Ein Zeitmechanismus erlaubt Simulationsuntersuchungen. Es werden Konzepte zur Modellierung im Kleinen für einige typische Systemkomponenten und ein objektorientierter Ansatz zum Modellieren im Großen vorgestellt.
