Zusammenfassung

The source location estimation problem in the presence of partly unknown ambient noise is investigated. We develop accurate and computationally robust maximum likelihood estimates (MLE’s) of the unknown location, signal spectral and noise spectral parameters by using the expectation maximization (EM)-algorithm.
