Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag führt einen flexiblen, allgemeinen Ansatz für die ‘computerunterstützte Gruppenarbeit’ (CSCW) ein. Zunächst wird die Motivation für die stark steigende Bedeutung dieses Feldes beschrieben, vor allem im Zusammenhang mit dem zuneh­menden Einsatz verteilter DV-Systeme. Dann wird eine umfassende Systematik für CSCW eingeführt, existierende CSCW-Ansätze und ein exemplarisches Anwendungsfeld werden ent­sprechend analysiert. Anforderungen an ein allgemeines CSCW-Unterstützungssystem wer­den abgeleitet. Die Architektur eines Systems mit Namen GROUPlE, welches diese Anfor­derungen erfüllt, wird vorgestellt, der Stand der Arbeiten wird beschrieben. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist Teil eines überregionalen Projektes zum Einsatz vernetzter, multimedialer Ar­beitsstationen im computerunterstützten Unterricht; dieses Szenario dient daher als exem­plarisches Anwendungsfeld.
