Kurzfassung
Die zunehmende Nutzung der Kommunikationsdienste von Rechnernetzen hat nicht nur quantitative, sondern auch qualitative Auswirkungen auf die Strukturen der Arbeitsorganisation. In diesem Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse eines interdisziplinären Forschungsprojektes zwischen Informatikern und Psychologen vorgestellt, dessen Zielsetzung die Analyse des Einflusses von Computerkonferenzen auf das Entscheidungs- und Problemlöseverhalten innerhalb einer Gruppe ist. Anhand einer experimentellen Untersuchung, an der insgesamt 12 Gruppen mit jeweils 5 Testpersonen teilnahmen, werden die Unterschiede der aus einer persönlichen Sitzung und einer Computerkonferenz resultierenden Entscheidungsprozesse aufgezeigt.
