Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit spielt Technologietransfer von Industrieländern in Entwicklungsländer (EL) eine zentrale Rolle für Modernisierungsstrategien. Insbesondere wird den Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IT) eine wichtige Rolle zugeschrieben. EL können sich der globalen Informatisierung (Cyranek 91) nicht entziehen (Burgelman 92). Für die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit ist es allerdings unabdingbar Kriterien für einen erfolgreichen Transfer zu entwickeln. Anhand ausgewählter Fallstudien können Erfahrungen ausgewertet werden (Büsselmann Cyranek Gonzalez 90).
