Zusammenfassung
Rechnet man die Weiterentwicklung einer EDV-Anwendung zur Anwendungsentwicklung, so können rund 50 Prozent der Entwicklungskosten einer betrieblichen Anwendung der Änderung von Programmen zugeordnet werden1). Damit erlangt unter den Anforderungen, die man an die Programmentwicklung stellen muß2), die Änderungsfreundlichkeit eines Programmes eine besondere Bedeutung.
