Zusammenfassung
Ein Arbeitskreis der beteiligten Professoren des Fachbereichs Informatik der TU Berlin, des Instituts für Informatik der FU Berlin, des Instituts für Technische Informatik der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und der GMD FOKUS in Berlin trägt das Graduiertenkolleg. Es definiert ein Programm zur Erforschung und zum Studium von Systemen, deren Charakteristika Verteiltheit und Nebenläufigkeit sind und deren Einbindung in die Anwendungsumgebungen die Realisierung von Anforderungen wie Offenheit, Autonomie oder auch Echtzeitverhalten erfordern. Neben der Forschung im Rahmen eines Projektes absolvieren die Kollegiaten einen ihren Vorkenntnissen und ihrer Orientierung entsprechenden Studienplan.
