Zusammenfassung

Expertensysteme sind wissensbasierte KI-Systeme, die Expertenwissen und die darauf beruhenden Fähigkeiten maschinell verfügbar machen. Der Aufsatz gibt einen einführenden Uberblick über Expertensysteme, die zur Unterstützung der ärztlichen Urteilsbildung entwickelt wurden. Es wird der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsstand im Bereich der Inferenz-, Planungs-, Erklärungs-, Wissenserwerbs- und Dialogkomponenten medizinischer Expertensysteme dargestellt. Die in medizinischen Expertensystemen verwendeten Wissensquellen und ihre Codierung in Wissensrepräsentationssprachen wie Produktionensystemen, Semantischen Netzen, Frame-Systemen, Inferenznetzen, Actor-Systemen und PLANNER-artigen Programmiersprachen werden skizziert. Zum Schluß werden die Anwendungs- und Forschungsperspektiven des vorgestellten Teilgebietes der Medizinischen Informatik und Künstlichen Intelligenz diskutiert.

Der vorliegende Aufsatz entstand im Rahmen des Projektes HAM-ANS, das mit Mitteln des BMFT gefördert wird.
