Zusammenfassung
Für die Chromosomenanalyse im Rahmen der biologischen Dosimetrie ist als Vorstufe ein Metaphasenfindersystem erforderlich, das den Anforderungen bezüglich Geschwindigkeit und Treffsicherheit bei vertretbarem Hardwareaufwand genügt. Das vorliegende System erreicht dies einerseits durch den Einsatz einfacher Hardware zur Vorverdichtung der Bildinformation, andererseits durch eine hierarchische Suchstrategie. Hardware, Strategie und erste Ergebnisse werden im Folgenden dargestellt.
