Abstract

Authors deal with functionality and safety problem of three levels of ETCS. To such analysis the stochastic processes are used to build appropriate models giving the possibility of estimation both probabilistic and time parameters related to efficient application of such solutions in the conditions of existing and planed railway infrastructure and assuring the required safety level corresponding to EU standards and recommendations.
