Abstract
For empirical research, this study created survey questions about the significance of information welfare policies, the activation of information welfare, and information satisfaction based on literature review. The findings of this study are as follows. Based on the literature review of previous studies, an increase in information education, the formulation of new information policies, and the realization of information policies were selected as the factors of information welfare policies. It was found that information welfare policies significantly affected the activation of information welfare, and the activation of information welfare affected information satisfaction.
