Abstract

In this study, we discussed the Caputo sense fractional-order HIV/AIDS model including the drug therapy, and mathematically examined the dynamic behaviour of the model. We have discussed qualitative analysis of the proposed mathematical model and defined the existence and uniqueness conditions. Local stability is also checked for HIV-free equilibrium point. We have given some facts about the growth rate of HIV/AIDS, the source of HIV virus, as well as death rate of CD4+ T cells, which play a vital role in HIV dynamics. The numerical simulations are demonstrated to reveal the analytical results.
