Abstract

In this paper, design of a real estate portal has been discussed. Efficiency and ease of using real estate may not be possible with the existing market. This online portal helps clients to sell their property, assisting them in searching their desired property using different filters. Out of this, they can contact the owners for their queries. Also appended with a functionality to help the stakeholders for their constraints posted, attended by the respective users, a feedback characteristic of every seller profile, enabling the users to verify with other profiles for their issues, is also embedded to carry out further communication for their feedbacks. With that of, decision will be made based on the feedback collected from various users. Users generally search property based on area, location, etc., as well as other facilities like lift, furnished and semi-furnished. In spite of that, this paper assists the users by sorting the property based on filters with their results to the users. The authentication feature is also provided to the dealers to advertise their new projects with loan facilities. As a whole, the paper aims to provide an efficient portal and improvement in the sustainability of the real estate business.
