Abstract

Cloud computing and big data promote the development of service-oriented society and drive regional information sharing, service and social interconnection with large scale and new mode, which provides technical support and reconstruction platform for the digitization of social public service, networked development and regional collaboration. Based on this background, this work started from three aspects: strategic environment, strategic framework and combat realization path, and constructed the regional cooperative strategy of social public service under the background of cloud computing and big data environment, aiming to promote the adoption of cloud computing, big data integration and public service value innovation of social public service organization.
