Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the development of vocational education has been placed in a particularly prominent position. The state has successively issued several important issues such as the file “the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” and “the State Council’s Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education” teaching practice is the most important practice in higher vocational education. Under the background of the Internet +, the mobile learning mode such as the rain classroom and the micro-curriculum is the core, guiding the teaching practice of higher vocational teaching. It can effectively use information means to achieve the purpose of distance instruction. Effectively solve the theoretical and technical problems students encounter in the Post practice.
