Abstract

In order to solve CCE allocation fairness problem in LTE system, this paper proposes a CCE allocation algorithm to ensure the fairness by limiting the largest UE numbers of the CCE allocated in the uplink and downlink scheduling. At the same time, another new algorithm is proposed to calculate the maximum number of UEs dynamically by balancing the number of users participating in the dispatching and their channel quality. Finally, the simulations results of data flow of single UE and multiple UEs under fixed MCS show that the downlink resource allocation algorithm implemented in this paper successfully limits the number of UEs in the uplink allocation and solves the RB waste problem caused by the unfair allocation of CCE.
