Abstract
The combination of technology innovation and justice can not only fully highlight the judicial value of efficiency and equity, but also boost the speed in hearing a volume of cases. With the application of knowledge graph and other AI technologies, Guangzhou Court of Internet has designed a factor-oriented trial intelligent judicial system. This system establishes a new intelligent judicial paradigm that is available for one step solution of intellectual property right (IPR) cases including prosecution, filing cases, giving proof, delivering litigation documents as well as judging and so on. The system is of great significance for intellectual property cases to realize the separation of complex and simple flow, optimize the allocation of trial resources and improve the quality and efficiency of litigation.
