About the authors
He is a senior member of the IEEE, member of the ACM, and life member of the CSI and ISTE. He serves as a reviewer, Associate Editor and member of the Editorial Review Board for various journals. Dr. Mahalle has 140+ research articles and eight books to his credit, and has edited three books by Springer and CRC Press. He received the “Best Faculty Award” from STES and Cognizant Technologies Solutions.
Dr. Prashant S. Dhotre is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering at Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology, India. He obtained his BE degree in CSE from SRTMU, Nanded, and his ME degree in IT from the SPPU, Pune. He subsequently completed his PhD degree at Aalborg University, Denmark.
He has over 15 years of teaching and research experience, and has spearheaded research projects on “privacy and security” funded by the SPPU, Pune. He has more than 30 articles and three books to his credit, and received the “Best Paper” award in an ICICC – 2017 Springer Series. He also serves as a reviewer for the various journals.
Dr. Dhotre is currently serving as SPOC for Foreign Collaboration between Indian Institutes (Sinhgad, Dr. DY Patil Pimpri, MIT ADT, etc.) and AAU, CPH, Denmark [Outcome: 70+ Indian students completed internships and two candidates completed their postdocs].
