Abstract

As an emerging research hot spot, precision medicine makes good use of electronic medical record data information to promote the development and application of precision medicine under the promotion of medical informatization. This paper collects a large number of domestic and foreign research literatures on electronic medical records and precision medicine, combines horizontal and vertical comparative analysis and case summary to grasp the practical application of precision medicine, and establishes a precision medical model based on electronic medical records. In the research, it is found that there are some problems in the utilization of electronic medical records, such as different system construction, low efficiency of data redundancy, serious information island, and difficulty in ensuring information security and privacy. Precision medicine has obvious barriers such as insufficient social cognition, imperfect technology, unreasonable application of medical costs, lack of talents and insufficient literacy of relevant personnel. Based on these problems, this paper establishes a model from three levels: data layer, data analysis and governance layer and application service layer. The application service layer mainly focuses on five aspects: accurate prediction, accurate diagnosis, accurate treatment, accurate medication and accurate prognosis. Case analysis is carried out to explore the realization of precision medicine. At the same time, suggestions are given from three aspects: national policy level, electronic medical record data optimization and precision medical service mode optimization.
