Deterministische Inspektionsstrategien

Zusammenfassung

Der Ausfall eines Elementes kann nur zu bestimmten Inspektionszeitpunktent ₁,t ₂,... festgestellt werden. Liegt ein Ausfall zu einem Inspektionszeitpunkt vor, so wird das Element ohne zeitlichen Verlust erneuert. Für verschiedene Inspektionsstrategien werden folgende Größen untersucht:

• 1. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit dafür, daß zum Inspektionszeitpunktt _n ein Ausfall vorliegt und das asymptotische Verhalten dieser Wahrscheinlichkeiten.

• 2. Die mittlere Anzahl der Erneuerungen bis zur Zeitt _n .

• 3. Die Kostenfunktion bei Vorgabe der Inspektions-, Erneuerungs- und Leerlaufkosten und deren asymptotisches Verhalten.

Summary

In a single-unit system failure is discovered only by inspections at timest ₁,t ₂,... Upon detection of failure a replacement takes place. It is assumed that detection and replacement of a failed unit occur instantly. For some inspection policies the following operating characteristics are considered:

• 1. The probability that a failure is discovered at inspection timet _n and the asymptotic behavior forn → ∞.

• 2. The average number of renewals up to timet _n .

• 3. The expected total costs arising from inspection, replacement and undetected failure.
