Zusammenfassung

In Verbindung mit heuristischen Verfahren zur Fließbandabstimmung (Leistungsabstimmung, Taktabstimmung) sind zahlreiche unterschiedliche Regeln für die günstige Auswahl der Arbeitsfolgen bekannt. Die folgenden Ausführungen beschäftigen sich mit dem Wert derartiger Auswahlregeln für die Praxis.

Summary

Line balancing is improved by heuristic rules applicable to work elements and their proper selection. Rules for selection are assessed to their practical value.
