Optimale Schichtung bei proportionaler Aufteilung mit Hilfe eines iterativen Analogrechners

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der optimalen Schichtungspunkte bei proportionaler Aufteilung des Stichprobenumfangs für den Fall angegeben, daß stetige Verteilungen zugrunde liegen. Für zwei Anwendungsfälle, die Dreiecks- und die Normalverteilung, werden die Ergebnisse mitgeteilt. Bei Zuhilfenahme eines iterativen Analogrechners zeigt sich, daß der Hauptteil der Schaltung für alle Verteilungen derselbe ist und daß nur der Schaltteil bei Zugrundelegung einer anderen Verteilung geändert werden muß, in dem die jeweilige Verteilungsdichte erzeugt wird.

Summary

A method is given to find the optimal points of stratification when proportional allocation of the sample is used. It is assumed that the distribution function is continuous. For two examples, the triangular and the normal distribution, results are given. It is shown that by the use of an iterative analogue computer the solution can be obtained automatically, and that the essential part of the analogue instrumentation remains the same, regardless of the distribution.
