Zusammenfassung

Bei der Berechnung von optimalen Produktionsprogrammen müssen nicht nur die optimalen Losgrößen, sondern auch die Kapazität der Produktionsmittel berücksichtigt werden. An einem einfachen Beispiel wird die Auswahl eines geeigneten Produktionsrhythmus innerhalb eines bestimmten Bemessungszeitraumes erläutert. Bei nur drei Produktionssorten können sich bereits überraschend viele Möglichkeiten von zulässigen Produktionsprogrammen ergeben. Mit Hilfe programmgesteuerter elektronischer Rechenanlagen lassen sich optimale Lösungen erzielen.

When calculating optimal production programs, not only the optimal lot-sizes but also the capacity of the production materials will have to be considered. At a simple example the election of a suitable production rhythm within a certain rated period is explained. From only 3 production items there could already result extraodinary many possibilities of admissible production programs. En supputant les programmes de production optima il faut tenir compte non seulement des grandeurs de lot optima, mais aussi de la capacité des moyens de production. La méthode de choisir le rythme de production approprié dans une période déderminée de production est commentée à un exemple très simple. Même avec trois articles de production seulement, on peut obtenir un nombre étonnant de possibilités pour des programmes de production permis. L'emploi des calculateurs électroniques assure des solutions optima.
