Zur Optimierung der Bestellverteilung im Einkauf

Zusammenfassung

Zum Problem der Auswahl von Zulieferern und der Verteilung der Liefermengen auf die Bedarfsorte werden für mengenproportionale Lieferpreise ein exaktes, für Lieferpreise mit Mengenstaffel zwei Näherungsverfahren vorgeschlagen; sie beruhen alle auf dem Transportproblem der linearen Optimierung. Im linearen Fall wird außerdem eine Sensibilitätsanalyse für Lieferpreise entwickelt. Im nichtlinearen Fall wird über rechnerische Erfahrungen mit den beiden Algorithmen berichtet.

Summary

Concerning the problem of selecting suppliers and of assigning the deliveries to the destinations, an exact method is proposed for the case of prices proportional to quantity and two approximative ones for the case of prices with discount rates depending upon the quantity. They are all based on the transportation model of linear programming. In the linear case, a sensitivity analysis for prices is developed additionally. In the nonlinear case, computational experiences with those both methods are reported.
