Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarktplanung unter Einsatz von Verfahren der Kontrolltheorie

Zusammenfassung

In dieser Arbeit werden Modelle zur simultanen Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarktplanung entwickelt und dargestellt, wobei von Seiten der Kontrolltheorie das diskrete Maximum-Prinzip von Pontryagin besonders berücksichtigt wird. Die Modelle betrachten simultan den Arbeitsmarkt (‘manpower approach’), die Kapazitäten der ausbildenden Institutionen sowie Berufswünsche künftiger Berufstätiger (‘social demand approach’). Die Modelle werden unterschieden nach Anzahl von Entscheidungs- und Zustandsvariablen. Sie werden anhand von Beispielen demonstriert.

Summary

Strategic models for simultaneous education- and manpowerplanning are developed and presented, applying control theory with emphasis on the discrete Maximum Principle of Pontryagin. The models simultaneously take future demand of manpower, capacity of educational institutions and student demand into account. The models and methods differ with respect to problem size, i. e. number of state and decision variables. The models are demonstrated on practical examples.
