Marine Insurance with Expert Systems

Abstract

The use of Expert Systems of specific structure in Marine Insurance is proposed. In addition, it can be used as a tutor. The specific representation of knowledge makes possible the right interpretation of situations in order to ensure good advices to Insurance Companies. The presence of the expert is not anymore indispensable, but the Expert System trains the users to become expert in the specific discipline of Marine Insurance.
