Ein integrierter Ansatz zur Steuerung von IT-Outsourcing-Vorhaben

Zusammenfassungen

IT-Outsourcing hat sich im Laufe der vergangenen zwei Jahrzehnte zu einer etablierten Beschaffungsoption des strategischen IT-Managements entwickelt. Trotz einiger erfolgreicher Auslagerungen (von Teilen) der Unternehmens-IT war und ist das Thema IT-Outsourcing jedoch ständig von intensiven Nutzendiskussionen begleitet. Unzufriedenheit und Probleme auslagernder Unternehmen mit ihren IT-Dienstleistern sind oftmals jedoch weniger durch strategische Fehlentscheidungen als vielmehr durch Aufholbedarf in der operativen IT-Outsourcing-Steuerung zu erklären. Als Umsetzungshilfe für die Unternehmenspraxis beschreibt der vorliegende Beitrag einen integrierten Ansatz zur Steuerung von IT-Outsourcing-Vorhaben. Zur Verdeutlichung der Praxistauglichkeit des entwickelten Rahmenwerks wird dessen Anwendung in Form einer Fallstudie beschrieben.
