Zusammenfassungen
Durch das Cloud Computing als IT-Bereitstellungsmodell sind Anpassungen bzw. Erweiterungen an den vorherrschenden Methoden und Standards des IT-Servicemanagements (ITSM) erforderlich. Auch wenn hierzu kaum Forschungsergebnisse vorliegen, zeigen doch die vielen Publikationen, die sich mit Teilaspekten des ITSM beim Cloud Computing beschäftigen, dass Handlungsbedarf besteht. Dass hierbei bislang die in der Praxis etablierten Standards und Methoden des ITSM, allen voran der De-facto-Standard ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), kaum Berücksichtigung finden, birgt die große Gefahr, dass negative Effekte für die Entwicklung von Standardisie-rungs- und Industrialisierungsgrad der IT entstehen.
