Zusammenfassungen

Ein einheitliches Prozessmodell als Dreh- und Angelpunkt sämtlicher Business-Process-Management- (BPM- )Aktivitäten und die intensive Einbeziehung relevanter Stakeholder in den organisationalen Entwicklungsprozess werden vermehrt als positive Faktoren für Agilität diskutiert. Dieser Beitrag zeigt auf, wie der Ansatz des subjektorientierten Prozessmanagements (S-BPM) diese beiden Aspekte adressiert und welche Potenziale daraus für Agilitätssteigerungen in Organisationen erwachsen.
