Prozessorientierte Expertenschätzungen in der Unternehmenspraxis

Zusammenfassungen

Das vorgestellte Modell der prozessorientierten Expertenschätzungen bietet eine methodisch unterstützte Vorgehensweise für die Aufwandschätzung von IT-Projekten, die in drei Ausbaustufen eingeführt werden kann. Die Grundidee besteht darin, den Projektaufwand auf Basis der im Projekt durchzuführenden Prozesse und Aktivitäten zu schätzen und hierbei Expertenwissen zu nutzen. Das Verfahren ist in voller Ausbaustufe seit 2004 im Einsatz bei der Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall AG und der VR Kreditwerk AG, sodass Ergebnisse einer ersten Validierung vorgestellt werden können, wie z. B. die Analyse der Schätzgenauigkeit oder der Nutzung ausgewählter Verfahrenskomponenten.
