Zusammenfassungen

Optimale Kommunikation und Information in IT-Projekten stellen ganz entscheidende Erfolgskriterien dar — diese Erkenntnis ist nicht neu. Viele Projekte scheitern an oder leiden unter Missverständnissen zwischen einzelnen Projektbeteiligten. Heute werden praktisch alle Informationen digital gespeichert, sodass einem Projekt eine Unmenge an Informationen zur Verfügung steht, was aber nicht zwangsläufig bedeutet, dass alle Beteiligten auch optimal informiert sind. In vielen Fällen ist sogar das Gegenteil der Fall. Informationsmanagement wird daher als eigenständiger Aspekt von IT-Projekten dargestellt.
