Abstract
A major theme of the RACE II TMN implementation projects is practical coexistence and inter-working to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of TMN systems to support the evolving IBC. The papers presented here represent only a small part of the work being done by the RACE II TMN implementation projects, as it is unfortunately impossible to present results of all the projects. However, the papers selected represent an important aspect of TMN — the importance of defined interfaces.
